Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad Pitch Report

The Narendra Modi Stadium’s pitch assists bowlers in the initial overs and offers a chance to take wickets. However, bowlers soon lose their grip on this pitch. In recent matches, Motera has become a batter's paradise, showcasing some high-scoring matches. Fans can expect some high-octane matches from the Narendra Modi Stadium in the ongoing IPL 2025.

Narendra Modi Stadium Batting or Bowling Pitch?

According to the IPL stats of Narendra Modi Stadium, the team batting first has won 16 times. On the other side, the team batting second won the matches 20 times. It shows no significant differences whether to choose bawl first or bat first at this stadium. Winning the toss has no big advantage at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

Narendra Modi Stadium: Spin and Pace

As we mentioned above, the pitch is batters' batter-friendly pitch, and bowlers can only get help in the initial overs. Speaking of which, spinners have limited support from the pitch, and only experienced bowlers can throw some quality overs.

There will not be much help can be gained from pacers as well because of the limited scope of the pitch. The pitch will assist pacers in the initial overs to scalp some wickets; other than that, there is not much help can be expected from the venue.
