Which teams have qualified for the semi-finals?

India and New Zealand from Group A have already qualified for the semi-finals. However, the top position is still up for grabs. Both teams will clash on the 2nd of March to bid farewell to the league stage. The clash is pretty crucial in the overall scheme of things. Currently, both teams have won two games each but the Blackcaps have a higher net run rate and are currently positioned at number 1.

The team that wins the clash between India and New Zealand will finish at the top of the Group A points table. Are you wondering how finishing first or second matters? The team that wins the match and is placed in first position will face the second-placed team frown Group B.

For India, they are already in an advantageous position as they will be playing their semi-final match in Dubai where they have already played three games. For New Zealand, they will be playing their semi-final at Lahore where they have not played a single game in the tournament.

Apart from India and New Zealand no other team has qualified for knockouts. Only Pakistan and Bangladesh have been eliminated from the tournament. The two Asian sides will be joined by the loser of the ENG vs AFG clash.
