India Awaits Final Opponent as South Africa Faces New Zealand

Before the beginning of the tournament, it was mutually decided that India would not travel to Pakistan. Consequently, India’s entry into the final confirmed that the match would be held in Dubai. Since Pakistan was eliminated in the group stage after losing to New Zealand and India, the opportunity to host the final is officially over.

After this news, the internet was filled with memes. One fan on X (formerly Twitter) joked, “Gaddafi Stadium knocked out of the Champions Trophy!”—expressing how Indian fans enjoyed the moment.
