Simarjeet Singh made his IPL debut with Chennai Super Kings against Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 1st, 2022, at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. In his first match, Simarjeet Singh only delivered 2 overs while conceding 24 runs.     

Simarjeet Singh made his way to IPL with Mumbai Indians when they took him in to replace the injured Arjun Tendulkar but didn’t get any chance to play in that season.
