Before the Sri Lanka Men's Team tours England next year in September 2026, the Women's Team is likely to face the England Women’s team in the T20 World Cup League stage. This series marks Sri Lanka’s return to England for limited-overs cricket T20, following their last men’s tour in 2021, where England won a 2-0 Test series. Venues like Southampton and Edgbaston typically offer balanced pitches, with early seam movement and later batting ease, suiting both England’s pacers and Sri Lanka’s spinners. Pakistan’s Men’s team will tour England for a three-match Test series from August 19 to September 13, 2026, as part of the 2025–2027 ICC World Test Championship. Led by Ben Stokes, Team England will continue to use their Bazball technique while Pakistan will retaliate with their competitive approach.
