The wicketkeeper batter of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Jitesh Sharma was asked to led the side in this must win match versus the Super Giants yesterday. RCB’s bowling plans didn’t work. Before Jitesh showed his class, Philip Salt and Virat Kohli gave a good start to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru team. They added 61 runs from 5.4 overs, which set the platform for the other RCB batters in this run chase. Salt scored 30 runs and King Kohli scored 54 runs alongside, Mayank Agarwal also slammed unbeaten 41 runs from 23 balls, that helped the Bengaluru side to win this match and book a place in the qualifier one round against Punjab Kings tomorrow.
