Nepal T10 2025 Overview 

The Nepal T10 2025 is a domestic T10 cricket tournament held from May 18 to May 24, 2025, at the Marylebone Biratnagar Jwala (MBJ) Cricket Ground in Biratnagar, Nepal. The Nepal T10 2025 is the second edition of this domestic T10 tournament, designed to showcase Nepal’s cricketing talent in a fast-paced, fan-friendly format.

Organized by Biratnagar Metropolis and sanctioned by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), it features seven teams: YRCC Birat Blasters (defending champions), NBSC Lions, Agro Vet CC, Biratnagar Panthers, United Lion Hearts, Koshi Pride League, and Mills Cricket Club. Last year, Blasters won the title by defeating NBSC Lions by 10 wicket. There will be 23 matches scheduled and all take place at the same venue Marylebone Biratnagar Jwala Ground.

Nepal T10 2025 Schedule

 The tournament runs from May 18 to May 24, 2025, with 21 league-stage matches followed by a third-place playoff and final. Matches are scheduled at the MBJ Cricket Ground with four daily time slots (in Indian Standard Time, IST): 10:30 AM, 1:15 PM, 4:30 PM, and 6:45 PM.

Nepal T10 2025 Format

The tournament includes 23 matches—21 in a single round-robin league stage, followed by a third-place playoff and final on May 24. Each T10 match, with 10 overs per side, lasts about 90 minutes, emphasizing aggressive batting and tight bowling.  In the League Stage, seven teams play in a single round-robin format, with each team facing the other six once.  The teams will get  points after every match- 2 points for a win, 0 for a loss, 1 point each for a tie or no-result. After total 21 league stage matches, the top two teams advance to the playoffs, the final on May 24. The 3rd and 4th-placed teams compete in a third-place playoff on the same day.

 The Nepal T10 2025 features seven teams, primarily composed of domestic players from Nepal’s cricketing hubs. Each team typically has a squad of 12–16 players, focusing on local talent with a mix of experienced and emerging cricketers. The YRCC Birat Blasters are favorites due to their title-winning performance last year.

Nepal T10 2025 Star Players

The Nepal T10 emphasizes domestic talent, with a few players standing out based on their performances in the 2024 edition, international exposure, or recent domestic leagues like the Nepal Premier League (NPL). So there will be no International players like Shikhar Dhawan and Martin Guptill appeared in the NPL T20 leagues. The Nepal T10 is primarily focused on domestic talent with no confirmed overseas players for 2025.

• Dev Khanal: A young, aggressive batsman who played in the 2024 Nepal T10 and represents Nepal internationally. His ability to score quickly makes him ideal for T10.

• Kushal Malla: An all-rounder known for his explosive batting and handy spin bowling. A regular in Nepal’s national team, he’s a likely star in the tournament.

• Lokesh Bam: A hard-hitting batsman who played in the NPL 2024 and suits the T10 format’s demand for rapid scoring. 

• Bibek Yadav: An all-rounder with contributions in domestic leagues, capable of turning games with bat or ball. 

Emerging Players: Names like Bishal Rishidev, Krishna Dev, Arniko Yadav, and Sudhir Kamat appeared in 2024 squads and could emerge as breakout stars.
