Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders and won their third game in a row. They have been the only undefeated team since the resumption of the IPL, along with Mumbai Indians, who will be playing their second game tomorrow. After being defeated by the Knight Riders comfortably earlier in the season, the Orange Army handed the defending champions an emphatic loss to move sixth on the points table.

Quinton de Kock was put out of his misery with a full toss from Eshan Malinga. The wicket keeper from South Africa was dismissed for a score of nine runs in only 13 balls. His knock capped off what proved to be a pretty disappointing season for the 32-year-old. There was a huge hold-up in play as the TV umpire took a lot of time to adjudicate the delivery’s legality. It ended up to be around 15 centimetres below de Kock’s waist.
Kolkata Knight Riders score 59/2 in 6 overs. Need 220 runs in 14 overs. De Kock: 8* (9), Raghuvanshi: 4* (3)
Ajinkya Rahane has been dismissed in the final over of the power play. The KKR skipper was outdone by a slower delivery from Jaydev Unadkat, who picked up his second wicket of the clash. Angkrish Raghuvanshi, batting at number four, opened his account with a four off the first delivery he faced.

Sunil Narine started his innings with a couple of big sixes in the first over against Pat Cummins. It is a better start than how SRH did in the first innings, who scored only two runs in the first over.
Sunrisers Hyderabad were once again at their best with power hitting. It was Travis Head who put on a show early on in the power play. However, the showstopper turned out to be Heinrich Klaasen, who scored his second century in the IPL. The South African batter was handed a promotion in the batting order and walked in to bat at number three. His knock of 105 runs powered SRH to a score of 278 runs.

Sunrisers Hyderabad are at 174/1 after 12 overs. Head: 76* (37), Klaasen: 52* (19)
The spinners were taken off the attack after their first over proved to be highly expensive. However, even with Andre Russell and Harshit Rana coming back into the attack, there was no respite for KKR. Klaasen took off against both the pacers and smashed a six in the ninth over before he took Rana to the cleaners in the 12th over. He smashed a four and a couple of sixes on the trot and reached a 17-ball half-century. It is his fastest fifty in T20s.

It was his 100th and 101st sixes in the Indian Premier League. However, Narine made a strong comeback and dismissed the Indian batter on the very next ball after being hit for two sixes.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are at 66/0 after 5 overs. Abhishek: 19* (12), Head: 39* (18)
The KKR bowlers seem to have no answers for the opening pair of the Sunrisers. After Head gave them a smacking, Abhishek Sharma has also arrived at the party. The Indian southpaw struck a couple of fours on the trot in the fifth over against Anrich Nortje.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are at 41/0 after 3 overs. Abhishek: 9* (7), Head: 25* (11)

Sunrisers Hyderabad are coming into this clash after a great win against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. They would be predicted to line up similarly. The only change could be a pacer sitting out for a spin bowler, given how the pitch has behaved at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. For the Kolkata Knight Riders, it has been a long time since they have played a game. The defending champions will be expected to have a lineup similar to their clash against Chennai Super Kings.
