Right-arm fast bowler Harshit Rana comes from Delhi and represents the stats cricket team in the Domestic. Standing at 5 feet and 11 inches tall, Harshit Rana consistently delivers bowl over 140-plus km/h speed with variations which is enough to intimidate any batsman on the field. Harshit Rana represents Delhi in the Domestic across various formats including 2022–23 Vijay Hazare Trophy and Ranji Trophy. He was a member of the winning team of India in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. However before making his senior debut, Harshit Rana entered the IPL in 2022 at the age of 20. 

He joined the KKR as a replacement of injured Rasik Dar Salam for the base price of Rs 20 Lakhs. Harshit Rana slowly established himself from a replacement to top pacer of KKR team. As of 2025, the Kolkata franchise retained one of their leading wicket-takers Harshit Rana for the amount of Rs 4 crore in the IPL Mega Auction at Jeddah.

In 2022, Harshit Rana made his IPL debut with Kolkata Knight Riders. He played his debut match against Delhi Capitals on April 28 at Wankhede stadium. Harshit Rana delivered three overs and scalped one wicket while conceding 24 runs at an economy rate of 8.00.
